The British Dragon Boat Racing Association is the governing body of dragon boat racing in Great Britain. Dragon boat racing is one of the fastest growing and most exciting water sports you can take part in. The BDA is responsible for all aspects of the sport from community development up to managing British teams racing abroad. It runs a National League calendar for racing crews all round the country together with the National Championships held annually at the National Water Sports Centre. |

BDA Patron Visits the North East |

Hot on the heels of the National League event at the weekend our patron Seb Coe, the powerhouse of the 2012 Olympics, will visit PowerHouse at the Teesside Water Sports Centre on Tuesday 17th June. BDA members will descend on the centre to demonstrate our sport to Seb and a significant media presence. Visit the centre and give Seb a warm welcome.
