Steve Donohue, the BNTS Senior Women coach, sends the following invitation to ambitious women aged 40 and over on June 1st inviting them to the Great Britain Senior Women Dragon Boat Team Open Time Trial Day to be held at Hemel Hempstead Canoe Club on Saturday 13th June from 10.00am. The Great Britain Women, Senior Division (40 or over) team are holding qualifying time trials for any and all eligible paddlers.

All you need is a good level of personal fitness, a paddlesport (flatwater K, slalom, open top canoe etc) background and a willingness to train for International medals.

If you have this, and want a new challenge in your life, we are holding an time trial day to see if you have what it takes to be part of a medal-winning crew. This will consist of 2 timed 500m runs in an O1 outrigger Kayak.
