Welcome to the BDA Website
The British Dragon Boat Racing Association is the governing body of dragon boat racing in Great Britain. Dragon boat racing is one of the fastest growing and most exciting water sports you can take part in. The BDA is responsible for all aspects of the sport from community development up to managing British teams racing abroad. It runs a National League calendar for racing crews all round the country together with the National Championships held annually at the National Water Sports Centre.

Bristol National League Event

Round 3 of the National League is likely to be simmering under blue skies and sunshine this weekend, a big contrast to the conditions in Exeter and Bristol in previous years. Don't forget to bring some shade and high factor sun cream! The final programme is available from the link below as well as instructions for paddlers and boats.

Individual paddlers can use this postcode/map to get to the venue but you will not be able to park in the trailer area or the slipway area.  Please park along Cumberland road or in the SS Great Britain Car Park.

For Trailers
The link above is for the Cottage Pub.  The racing and slipway is right outside of this pub.  You will be directed into the loading and unloading area and the trailer can be left in a designated area on the road outside.
