The British Dragon Boat Racing Association is the governing body of dragon boat racing in Great Britain. Dragon boat racing is one of the fastest growing and most exciting water sports you can take part in. The BDA is responsible for all aspects of the sport from community development up to managing British teams racing abroad. It runs a National League calendar for racing crews all round the country together with the National Championships held annually at the National Water Sports Centre. |

Henning Wiekhorst, publisher of Dragon Boat World International Magazine, the world’s only publication dedicated solely to the sport of dragon boat racing, has announced the launch of the online version of the magazine. In addition to the current print subscription and the ability to purchase each version in PDF form this new format will allow all dragon boaters world wide to have full access to all of the great news, information, stories and pictures of every issue. The April 2009 issue is now available on the website www.dragonboatmagazine.com. DBWI is available using a Flash based technology that will allow viewing of all pages just like the real magazine, right down to turning the pages. Just click on the cover of the magazine to have full and unrestricted access to all of the great content. If you find something you like and want a hard copy, no worries! Just purchase the PDF version or subscribe to the print version. One great magazine with three great ways to enjoy it.
