Notice of the 2025 Annual General Meeting of the BDA

To be held on Saturday 11 April 2026 at Link Hotel, Ashby Road, Loughborough LE11 4EX.

Please arrive by 10am for a 10:30am start.

This is an opportunity for all members to hear updates on the BDA's work, ask questions, share views and help shape the direction of dragon boat racing in the UK.

A hot buffet lunch will be provided and free on-site parking is available. To support attendance, the BDA will cover transport costs for one vehicle per club.

There is no cost to attend but please register on the platform so that we know how many people to cater for.

Vote for your committee

The AGM also includes the opportunity to cast your vote to elect the Executive Committee members for the next two years. There are four member positions of the BDA Executive Committee open for nomination and the Chair position is also up for election this year.

Nominations for any positions must be received by 23 March 2026.
