On behalf of the Council of the European Dragon Boat Federation (EDBF) and of the Serbian Dragon Boat Federation (SDBS) we warmly invite all Club Crews from European countries to participate in the 20th EDBF European Club Crew Championships (ECCC) in Belgrade, Serbia.

The EDBF ECCC are open to all Club Crews in Europe, however entries to the Championships must be sanctioned by the EDBF member organization to which that crew belongs, where one exists. Club Crews from European countries not in EDBF membership may apply to the EDBF Executive Committee for permission to participate.

The ECCC will comply with the appropriate IDBF Competition Regulations and those for European Club Crew Championships, as published by the EDBF and will be conducted under the IDBF Rules of Racing.

The Championships will be organized on behalf of the EDBF, under the supervision of the Serbian Dragon Boat Federation, by an Organizing Committee with responsibility for accommodation and transport and with assistance from media partners.

The Championships will take place on the Ada Ciganlija Lake in Belgrade, with the support of the Municipality of Belgrade, Serbian Sports Authorities and of the Chinese Cultural Center Belgrade with whom SDBS has ongoing negotiations. The racing will take place over 8 racing lanes. The opening ceremony is planned for Wednesday, 3rd September 2025 and racing will take place from Thursday, 4th September 2025 to Sunday, 07th September 2025 inclusive.

The ECCC will consist of the following competition classes - Premier, Senior A, B, and C , Junior 18U, and Under 24 in both IDBF Spec Standard and Small Dragon Boats. Competitions are also planned for Breast Cancer Paddlers (in partnership with the IBCPC), All Cancer Paddlers and Paradragons.

Provisional Entries must be received by 28th February 2025 (7 months before the Event)
Confirmed Entries must be received by 12th May 2025 (3 months before the event)
Named Entries must be received by 1st August 2025 (1 month before the event)
